Harness the performance and convenience of USB with the AdderView USB PC KVM switch. Now PC users can conveniently access and control multiple Apple G3/4 series or IBM type PCs from a single keyboard, monitor and mouse as well as share a wide range of peripherals including printers, scanners, ZIP drives and cameras saving cost and space. The AdderView USB switch can also be connected to mixed PC and Mac computers making it ideal for dual platform applications.

AdderView USB can be installed in minutes with just a USB and video connection required between each connected computer and the switch. Changing channels is child's play and this is done by simply pressing the channel selection switch on the front panel or connecting the optional remote control unit RC1. Video quality is excellent, making it ideal for demanding applications such as design and publishing environments using up to 1900 x 1440 screen resolution.

  • Shared monitor port - A monitor can be plugged directly into the monitor port.

  • Resolutions of up to 1900 x 1440 are supported DDC Compliant.

  • Peripheral ports - Mixed peripherals are supported via USB type A connectors. If peripherals are being shared between mixed Apple and PC computers device drivers must be available for both operating environments.

  • PC version PS/2 ports - Allows a standard PS/2 keyboard and PS/2 mouse to control computer selection using hot-keys or mouse switching. USB/PC switch intelligently converts PS/2 signals to USB format.

  • Front panel key - Used for selecting channels or instructing AdderView USB to operate in auto-scan mode.

  • Front panel display - 7 segment LED display shows the currently selected channel.

  • Auto-scan - AdderView USB can be set to automatically scan all video ports in sequence via option switches on the underside.
