DVI-D Fibre Optic Cable Male - Male

Specially designed to transmit DVI digital signals from over copper wire connectors longer distances. Using the latest technology, these cables incorporate fibre-optic converters in each connector to convert the DVI signal into light pulses, and then back again at the display.
All stated cable lengths support up to 1920x1200 resolution at 60Hz and can be used in Computer or HDTV applications.
These ultraflexible cables are almost as pliable as our copper cables, and can easily be routed in the building for the connection of almost any device that requires a DVI-D connection. Upto 100 Mtr Long length DVI solutions are now as simple as connecting a cable, although for longer distances more powerful Fibre extender units may be required.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOW SUPPLIED WITH AN EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY FOR THE LOCAL END, THIS IS RECOMMENDED AS DIFFERENT HARDWARE OFTEN WILL NOT OUTPUT RELIABLE POWER FROM THE VIDEO CARDS DVI PORT.
